WHOLE Companion Workbook
"The WHOLE Companion Workbook" is the perfect complement to the original “WHOLE” book and audiobook by Brian Seth Hurst. This essential guide offers exercises designed to help you break through limiting beliefs and empower you to take control of your life. While designed to accompany the original book, this workbook can also be used as a standalone tool for personal growth and transformation. Each activity is crafted to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you reconcile your past, embrace your present, and consciously create your future.
The exercises invite you to reflect on pivotal moments in your life, understand the root of long-held beliefs, and explore how they may be holding you back. Through guided journaling, thought-provoking prompts, and practical tools, you’ll learn to identify and release negative patterns, replacing them with empowering beliefs that align with your true self.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, or seeking a greater sense of purpose, the workbook provides a structured yet flexible approach to help you unlock your potential. Perfect for those ready to make meaningful changes, this workbook will help you align with your true self and take intentional steps toward creating a life of authenticity and fulfillment.
This workbook is a powerful tool for healing and growth, offering a companion to support you in creating a life that reflects your highest vision of yourself.
The Work Works
It is postulated that Socrates said, “The unexamined life is not worth living.” You came to this workbook with the great desire to examine, discover, and understand yourself—how the experiences in your life have shaped your reality. As I am sure you have come to learn, self-discovery is a lifelong journey with many, many teachers along the way—the people, the experiences, the events of life that shape our beliefs. The awareness of these beliefs gives us the power to change, transform and create a meaningful, purposeful life grounded in love, compassion, and grace. Truly, self-discovery is not always easy, but the rewards are inestimable. In short, the work works.
On a personal note, there have been many books and treatises both ancient and modern that I have returned to time and again to locate my “True North” in times of uncertainly and/or wake up calls. The opportunity for alignment with what in my heart I know to be true is always available. Sometimes, it just needs a bit of prompting. I think the tendency to be self-critical in many cases is the first reaction. Training oneself to respond instead with self-compassion and self-care is the opportunity. It is my hope that this is the greatest take away from both WHOLE and THE WHOLE COMPANION WORKBOOK.
You may find a time when you are prompted to return to WHOLE and the WHOLE Companion Workbook. If you do, you will find them waiting with renewed possibility and discovery.
